Order Of Events

You deserve an experience that runs smoothly and takes the guesswork out of planning your big day. Weddings at Champion Ranch follow a schedule that will help make your weekend one you’ll remember for the rest of your life. All weddings at our resort follow this schedule.

Day One: 

  • 3-5 pm
    • Check-in at Champion Ranch for Guests staying the weekend
  • 5 pm
    • Rehearsal Dinner at Champion Ranch, Buffet & Bar Included
  • 11 pm
    • Champion Ranch closes for the evening

Day Two:

  • Morning
    • Breakfast Buffet for guests staying at Champion Ranch
  • Noon
    • Lunch Buffet & Bar Opens for guests staying at Champion Ranch
  • 1 ½ Hours Before Ceremony
    • Check-in opens for guests who did not stay on night one
  • 5 PM to 7 PM
    • Wedding Ceremony, time is flexible based on preference
  • Immediately After Ceremony
    • Appetizers, cocktails, beer and wine for guests (for one hour) while the wedding party takes photos
  • Reception
    • Sit-down dinner or buffet, based on bride & groom’s choice and open bar
  • 11 PM
    • All guests not staying at Champion Ranch depart.

Day Three:

  • Morning
    • Breakfast Buffet for guests staying at Champion Ranch
  • 10 AM
    • Check-out time for all guests staying at Champion Ranch

Pricing

  • $50,000/night for up to 43 beds—includes exclusive use of the entire property
  • $10,000 for breakfast, lunch, rehearsal dinner including all-day bar
  • $150/person for each guest not spending the night for this day
  • $300/person for post-ceremony apps and bar, wedding dinner, and full bar until 11 pm
  • $20,000 facilities charge 
  • 20% service charge
