Position: Hospitality

- Serve three meals daily, happily and efficiently, genuinely caring about each guest's dining experience
- Help to mix and serve drinks
- Organize, inventory, restock, and help with the cleaning of dishes
- Wash and fold napkins, guest towels, pool towels, kitchen rags and aprons daily
- Assist with checking guests in and out
- Help in setting up and monitoring all activities, both spontaneous and scheduled
- Help keep the pristine environment of all common ranch areas with attention to detail
- Greet guests by name in passing and answer any questions they might have
- Help in other departments as needed
- Entertain guests in every setting
Experience and skills required:
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent customer service
- Problem solver
- Open to learning new skills
- Willing to work 10-hour shifts
- Must be able to work as a team player, with minimal supervision, and be able to take directions
- T.A.B.C. in serve safe certifications required before the start date
